Ssanggyesa is a Buddhist temple of the Jogye Order of the 13th district, located along the Seomjin River in Hadong. A stream and tea fields run from the Iljumun gate to the temple grounds, and the site is the first place in Korea where tea was cultivated. Parking is available near the temple, and the Bulilpokpo course is a two-and-a-half-hour hiking trail. The uphill path can be difficult for older visitors.
