Seoroin is a premium butcher shop and dining room in Gunpo that sells aged Hanwoo and runs a Hanwoo omakase. The courses include cuts such as chateaubriand and saewoosal, with wine pairing alongside. Lunch and dinner are served, and after the meal customers can buy charcuterie and meat vacuum-packed in 200g units. Prices are on the high side.
