Hoja

Hoja is a restaurant in Gujwa, Jeju, that serves black pork donkatsu and sandwiches. The donkatsu comes in cheese, tenderloin, sirloin, and mixed versions, and the sandwiches are made on ciabatta baked in-house, with bulgogi and bacon fillings. It opens at 11 a.m. and has two-, four-, and six-person tables plus a separate waiting area, and staff contact you when a table is ready. Menus run out quickly late in the afternoon.
