Dal Cheese is a small thatched-roof cafe near Sehwa Beach in Jeju that sells wood-fired pizza, pide bread, kaymak, and cheese moon bread. The chewy pide bread baked in the wood-fired oven, margherita pizza, and a kaymak set served with honey are the signature items. The interior is a renovated old Jeju house, with a hydrangea garden and an outdoor terrace, and dogs are allowed at the outside tables. Americano has a strong aroma, the latte is nutty, and there are also handmade syrup ades and fresh-squeezed juice.
