Palhyeon Mandu

Palhyeon Mandu is a Korean restaurant in Pyeongtaek that serves mandu jeongol, noodles, and kongguksu. The mandu jeongol comes with palm-sized dumplings made to order in the kitchen, beef, noodles, and broth served separately. The noodles include bean sprouts, and the kongguksu broth is thick with a large portion of noodles. Tofu is the main ingredient in the dumplings, so the seasoning is on the mild side.
