Ginza Tempura Yoshitake is a basement tempura restaurant in Ginza 8-chome, a five- to six-minute walk from Shimbashi Station. Seasonal seafood and vegetables are fried one piece at a time in a thin batter and served at the counter, and the meal ends with a choice of kakiage donburi or ochazuke. It opened in 2013 and has eight to nine counter seats and one semi-private room, where the frying can be watched up close. Seating is limited, so a reservation is required before visiting.
