Sushi Yoshitake

Sushi Yoshitake is a sushi restaurant in Ginza with a history of three Michelin stars. The omakase course begins with tsumami such as shellfish, octopus and abalone, then continues with abalone liver sauce, chutoro and otoro, kohada, uni and anago. The counter seats seven, and a private room is available for parties of four. Photography is not allowed inside the restaurant.
