Ginza Kyūbey Ginza Honten

Qubey is a sushi omakase restaurant in Ginza, Tokyo. The lunch omakase comes as eleven pieces of nigiri, and shrimp can be ordered either raw or cooked. The chef explains the names of the fish in Korean, and there is a second-floor counter where orders in foreign languages are possible. Counter seats have long waits.
