Sake no Ana

Sake no Ana is a basement izakaya in Ginza, Tokyo, serving nihonshu and snacks. The sake list is divided by region, and staff recommend and pour tastes based on your preference, with glasses filled to overflow in masu. It is open until 23:00 with last order at 22:30, and seats fill up within 20 minutes of opening, so reservations are required. The food is on the salty side.
