GinzaWineBar G5

GinzaWineBar G5 is a wine bar in Ginza, Chuo City, Tokyo, that serves wine by the glass along with old vintage bottles. There is no wine list; you tell the sommelier the type you want and the sommelier selects it and pours it by the glass using a Coravin. The shop is on the 8th floor, where you can drink while looking out over Ginza, and the female sommelier checks the taste before serving and explains it. A service charge is added, so prices run on the higher side.
