Bar S is a cocktail bar on the 11th floor of the Tokyo Ginza Shiseido Building in Ginza 8-chome, Tokyo. It serves martinis and an original cocktail called S, and the martini is made by stirring Tanqueray No. Ten and dry vermouth about 50 times. Seating totals 53 across a high-ceilinged counter and tables, and consommé soup is served at the end. There is a separate table charge.
