BAR AGROS(バーアグロス)

BAR AGROS is a bar in Ginza, Tokyo that serves classic cocktails and seasonal fruit cocktails. Instead of a menu, the bartender makes a custom cocktail based on the ingredients you name, and the sidecar uses an older-style Cointreau. A master who has won a Japanese championship makes the cocktails, adjusting classic recipes with seasonal fruit. The master and bartenders speak first and respond with jokes mixed in.
