Dongnam Hoejip

Dongnam Hoetjip sits near the Gongsu Village dock in Gijang, Busan, and serves courses of wild-caught hoe and seafood. The lunch and dinner courses bring out abalone, san-nakji, conch, sea squirt, and oyster in sequence alongside the raw fish, with a view of the sea. It began as the first hoe restaurant in Gongsu Village and moved to its current spot at the end of the village toward Yonggungsa. Each course ends with maeuntang, and hoe bibimbap and miyeokguk can be ordered as well, though the wild-caught hoe carries a higher price.
