Shin Castella

Shinkasutera is a Japanese-style bakery in Gijang, Busan, that sells castella. The castella is made without preservatives, is not very sweet, and is moist and soft, with a chocolate version also available. A Starbucks is right next door, and there is a separate parking lot. The parking lot is narrow, which makes entering and exiting inconvenient.
