Oktapbang is a large cafe in Gijang, Busan, that sells coffee and bread with a view of the sea. It carries many kinds of cakes and bread, including blueberry chiffon cake. You can eat downstairs and have tea right after, and the restroom is clean. Drinks are served in disposable cups even when you drink them inside.
