Hongbeopsa, a temple of the Jogye Order of Korean Buddhism, sits on a large site near Nopo Station in Busan and holds a large Buddha statue. Its main sights are the giant Buddha figure atop a building, lawns, and trees and flowers through the four seasons. A shuttle bus from Nopo Station runs to the temple, making it easy to reach by public transport. Though close to the city centre, the grounds are quiet and serve as a place to rest for a while.
