Bongkkaseu

Bongkkaseu is a small restaurant at the northern edge of Gasan Digital Complex in Seoul that serves old-style Korean-Western donkatsu. The flat cutlet comes with a sweet-and-sour sauce and a thick soup on the side. Around noon on weekdays, office workers from the area fill the place, and the soup and side dishes are self-service. In summer, the dining room stays warm even with the air conditioning on.
