Ink Coffee Gasan is a large bakery cafe about 300 meters from Gasan Digital Complex Station Exit 8, next to the Defis Knowledge Industry Center. It sells directly roasted coffee and bread, with bakery items such as olive cheese sourdough, fig sourdough, and milk cream salt bread ordered on the first floor. The industrial space, converted from a factory and office building, has an open courtyard and uses the basement, three above-ground floors, and the rooftop. Visitors are numerous even on weekdays, so ordering takes time.
