Near the back gate of Samsung Heavy Industries in Geoje, Sandeomijip serves shabu-shabu galbijjim. Shabu-shabu meat and ribs are simmered like a hot pot in soy sauce broth with Cheongyang gochu for a spicy flavor. An egg roll arrives before the main dish, and udon noodles can be added after the meat is removed. The tables are close together, and the backless stools are uncomfortable.
