Ilteum

Ilteum is a Japanese restaurant in Junggok-dong, Geoje. It serves aged hoe and thickly sliced mixed sashimi, and the special omakase includes cut-by-cut explanations along with a salad and a closing fried dish. Weekend evenings require a reservation, and ordering sake lets you choose your tokkuri and cup. The dining space is not large.
