Dalim Eomma wa Adeul is a Korean restaurant in Geoje. It serves aged kimchi braised mackerel and aged kimchi braised pork spine, with the aged kimchi flavor soaked into the raw mackerel. Ordering two portions of the aged kimchi braised pork spine lets each person grill two fried eggs at the table. The aged kimchi braised mackerel is difficult to eat.
