Myeongjisan is a mountain peak in Gapyeong that spans Buk-myeon and Ha-myeon and contains Myeongji Valley and Myeongji Falls. Trails connect it with Yeoninsan or ascend from Myeongji Valley, and its autumn foliage and winter snow are prominent. It was designated a county park on September 30, 1991, and a route from the summit to Ikgeun-ri runs over 6 km with stone steps and steep slopes. Reaching the summit takes a long time and places a heavy demand on stamina.
