Yejin Dak Hanmari Seoul Main Branch is a dak hanmari restaurant in the food alley near the Gangseo-gu Office in Seoul. The broth is built from the chicken itself without sauce, and the chicken is eaten with whole garlic and mung beans. Boiling the chicken for a long time turns the broth milky, and kalguksu (knife-cut noodles) are added at the end. The dadegi and dipping sauce have been removed.
