Wonjo Sugure is a Korean restaurant in Magok-dong, on the first floor of the Magok M Valley 9 complex in Gangseo-gu, Seoul. It serves sugure and san-nakji bokkeum, stir-fried with bean sprouts and vegetables in a spicy, sweet glaze on a griddle. Sugure is the subcutaneous tissue between a cow's hide and flesh, and the base ingredients arrive cooked and ready to eat. Perilla oil bibim noodles and somyeon can be ordered alongside.
