Ua Hagye

Uahagye is a chicken restaurant in Seoul that serves charcoal-grilled dak galbi and chicken neck meat. Diners grill dak galbi meat and chicken neck meat over charcoal, then finish the meal with fried rice cooked after the meat. There is no corkage fee for bringing your own wine, and the restaurant's own wine or other drinks can be added. The dining room is large, so the space feels less cramped.
