Tia Nang

Tia Nang in Deungchon-dong is a pho restaurant that serves rice noodles topped with yangji and kkanyang, along with fried chao. The clear, deep broth comes with tender yangji, chewy kkanyang, and flat noodles, and handmade meat chao and shrimp meat chao can be ordered as well. Orders are placed at a kiosk at the entrance, and bean sprouts, pickled onions, and sauces can be added at a self-service bar, while cilantro is provided separately on request. During lunch hours, a wait forms even though tables turn over quickly.
