Tachikawaten

Tachigawa Ten Magok is a tendon restaurant near Magok Station in Seoul that serves all-star tendon, udon, and soba. The all-star tendon tops a bowl of rice with egg and fried shrimp, kabocha, perilla leaf, king oyster mushroom, lotus root, eggplant, and pineapple, served with house-made tendon sauce. The open kitchen cooks each order to order, so the frying is visible, and rice and soup can be refilled on request. The fried items are crisp, though they become a little heavy as you eat.
