Sutbul Donggeul Galbi

Sutbul Donggeul Galbi sits at the end of an alley in Hwagokbondong Market and sells only pork galbi. The meat is galbi-sal rather than pork collar, grilled first over charcoal, dipped in sauce, then grilled again. Dongchimi, pa-jeori, garlic, and chili peppers come as side dishes, and staff grill the meat for you. There is no naengmyeon or doenjang jjigae on the menu.
