Soso Guksu

Soso Guksu is a small noodle shop in Seoul that serves janchi guksu, gimbap, and jjolmyeon. The janchi guksu, made with a deep broth, is the signature dish, and the shop also offers vegetable-heavy jjolmyeon plus yeolmu guksu and black soybean kongguksu in summer. Customers can ask for extra noodles, and noodles and gimbap are available for takeout. The store is small with only a few seats, so sitting there is uncomfortable.
