Sobogjib

Sobokjip is a Korean restaurant near Magongnaru Station and One Grove in Gangseo-gu, Seoul, serving ureong gang doenjang ssambap jeongsik and jikhwa bulgogi. The ureong gang doenjang is mixed with perilla leaf, nuts, and ssam vegetables, alongside ganghwang bap or barley rice. The ureong gang doenjang is not salty and has a savory taste, while the jikhwa jeyuk is thinly sliced meat finished over direct fire. The nakji bokkeum uses nakji as large as octopus, cooked until soft, with plenty of vegetables.
