Liliban is a Chinese restaurant in Seoul that serves hong jjamppong, baek jjamppong, and jjajangmyeon. Dishes are cooked to order, and the baek jjamppong can be requested mild. Rice after the jjamppong is free. Jjajangbap comes as white rice topped with jjajang rather than as fried rice, orders are placed at a kiosk, and prices are not on the low side.
