Myeongga Naengmyeon

Myeongga Naengmyeon is a naengmyeon restaurant in Seoul that makes its thin noodles in-house and serves them as mul naengmyeon and bibim naengmyeon. The mul naengmyeon comes in a clear, lightly salted broth topped with egg, mu-chae and bae-chae, while the bibim naengmyeon is dressed in a clean sauce with a ginger aroma. Orders are placed at a kiosk where you select your own table number, and hot onyuksu is self-serve. Added meat is a small handful and on the dry side.
