Mukja Sikdang

Mukja Sikdang in Seoul serves salmon rice bowls and daechang rice bowls. The salmon rice bowl is topped with thick cuts of salmon, and the daechang rice bowl is finished over fire to bring out its smoky aroma. Sake don and horumon don can also be ordered. The salmon is soft, and the daechang has a clear charred flavor.
