Mokro is a charcoal grill restaurant near Magok Station in Seoul that cooks beef over charcoal. A single set includes five cuts: snowflake, anchang, galbi, chuck flap, and hwangje neukgansal, served with grilled vegetables on a griddle, spicy doenjang jjigae, and myeongnanbap. Staff explain the grilling order for each cut, and smoke is drawn down from the grill so almost no meat smell stays on clothing. The dining room is large and has seats divided by partitions.
