Misuchlaeng

Misutraeng is a meat restaurant in Seoul that serves Hanwoo cow beef, black pork, naengmyeon, and doenjang noodles. It traces its roots to Sambogadeun in Ilsan, and its typical setup pairs charcoal-grilled meat with naengmyeon or doenjang noodles. The dining space is large, food comes out quickly, and both mul naengmyeon and bibim naengmyeon can be ordered. The naengmyeon noodles are on the chewy side.
