Kkokkiri Mandu is in Gangseo-gu, Seoul, and sells kimchi mandu, kimchi mandu guk, and tteok mandu guk. The mandu use thin, chewy wrappers filled with crisp kimchi. After a television appearance, reserved mandu take three to four months to receive, and on weekday lunches mandu guk is available only if same-day mandu remain. Staff responses tend to be brusque.
