Kakure is a tonkatsu restaurant in the Magok area of Gangseo-gu, Seoul, serving Japanese-style tonkatsu and ramen. The black pork tenderloin katsu has a thin, crisp coating over a moist interior, and it is eaten dipped in Himalayan salt. The shop sits inside an alley, making it quiet and easy to eat alone. Karapaitan is a mildly spicy ramen.
