Junghwa Siktak

Junghwa Sikdak is a Chinese restaurant in Seoul that serves jjajangmyeon, jjamppong, and other Chinese dishes. Its haemul jjamppong has a spicy, clean broth with vegetables that keep their texture, and its junghwa jjajang is sweet and spicy. The dining room is bright and tidy, and the portions are generous. The golppae gi portion is large enough that mixing it is difficult.
