Jangsimdo Black

Jangsimdo Black is a freshwater eel restaurant near Magok Station and Balsan Station in Gangseo-gu, Seoul, serving mudflat eel and charcoal-grilled eel. Staff grill the eel through to the end after an initial searing, and it is eaten with various sauces, squid (hanchi) muchim, and noodles. The restaurant has private rooms and an underground parking lot, and smoke is drawn out immediately, keeping the space clean. Rooms require a reservation one week in advance.
