Ilbeonji Saenggogi

Ilbeonji Saenggogi is a raw-meat grill restaurant in Hwagok-dong, Seoul, where diners grill galmaegisal and pork. The galmaegisal is eaten with salt alone, and the restaurant also serves saeng-ogyeopsal, cheonggukjang, and bibimbap. Cheonggukjang jjigae comes with the meat, and bibimbap is available as a meal. There is no ventilation system, so clothes absorb the meat smell.
