Ichiban Ramen

Ichiban Ramen is a Japanese ramen restaurant in Songhwa Market, next to Ujangsan Station in Seoul. It serves tonkotsu, tonkotsu niboshi, and karai ramen, and the thin noodles hold the broth well. Rice and vegetables can be refilled, and there are cases of eating there around 7 p.m. without a wait. It sits in a corner inside Songhwa Market, so it is hard to find on a first visit.
