Hwanggop Magongnaru

Hwanggop Magongnaru is a restaurant near Magongnaru Station in Gangseo-gu, Seoul, that serves grilled gopchang (grilled intestines) for dinner and drinks. The gopchang is packed full, par-grilled in advance, and finished at the table by staff, then eaten with aged kimchi and myeongi namul. A basic order includes yukhoe and a clear seafood soup, and fried rice and golbaengi bibim noodles can also be ordered. The modum hanpan comes with gopchang, makchang (beef abomasum), daechang (beef large intestine), and yeomtong.
