Hosu Yang Gopchang Gui

Hosuyang Gopchang Gui Jeonmunjeom is a Korean restaurant in Seoul serving gopchang (grilled intestines), daechang (beef large intestine), makchang (beef abomasum), and yang gui. The gopchang is tender, while the daechang is savory without being greasy. The restaurant can become crowded and develop a line during the evening, so timing matters. Seonji-guk comes as a basic side, and fried rice is also available to order.
