Hongrin is a Chinese restaurant run by ethnic Chinese in Hwagok-dong, Seoul, serving ganjjajang, samseon jjamppong, and tangsuyuk. Its signature dishes are ganjjajang made with plenty of onions and tangsuyuk that is crisp outside and chewy inside. The restaurant occupies the second and third floors of its own building, with separate rooms and gathering spaces, and a dedicated parking lot next to the shop. At lunch, when customers crowd in, there may be no tables available.
