Hongbai

Hongbai is a Chinese restaurant in Seoul that serves mainland-style hot pot and guobaorou. The spicy broth can be adjusted for heat level, and the lamb comes without a gamey smell. The dining room has wide spacing between seats and a sauce bar with sauce recipes, and parking is free for two hours. It is not the numbing mala flavor of Sichuan style.
