Hongseongwon is a Chinese restaurant on the second floor of Nine Square, a five-minute walk from Exit 4 of Magok Station in Seoul. It serves deungsim tangsuyuk, yuni jjajang, samseon bokkeumbap, gaji twigim, and jjamppong. There was a wait at 5 p.m. on a weekend, and the 11 rooms require ordering at least three dishes. The tangsuyuk comes with the sauce on the side, so expecting a crispy texture may leave you disappointed.
