Hohyeon Donkatsu

Hohyeon Donkkaseu is a Japanese-style donkkaseu restaurant in Balsan, Seoul, serving tenderloin, sirloin, and cheese donkkaseu. The meat is thick with a soft interior under the breading, and the hirekatsu goes well with wasabi salt. A visit around 1:30 p.m. is on record with udon ordered on the side, and cold memil noodles are sold as well. A single meal is not a small portion.
