Gyesi is a Korean restaurant in Magok, Seoul, that serves chicken ramen. Its signature Gyemen pairs a soy-based chicken broth with garlic, chives, and cheongyang chili, then adds ajitama, chicken chashu, and grilled enoki mushrooms. Counter seating allows solo diners, and a free rice refill is available. The noodle portion is on the smaller side.
