Gyeongsangdo Jip

Gyeongsangdojip is an old galbi restaurant inside Songhwa Market that serves dwaeji mulgalbi. Pork ribs are boiled and reduced in broth, then cooked with plenty of buchu and garlic before finishing with bokkeumbap. There are only six or seven tables, so the room fills up around 6 p.m., and a 4 p.m. arrival can still mean a 30-minute wait. Card payment is not accepted.
