Gou Magok Branch

Gou Magokjeom is a yakitori izakaya located directly in front of Balsan Station in Seoul. The shop butchers its own chicken skewers in-house and grills them to order, serving hormone skewers and cuts such as chicken thigh and heart alongside highballs. An open kitchen lets diners watch the skewers being grilled, and highballs are made with a dedicated machine. The handmade agegyoza is a side dish with a crisp exterior and a moist interior.
